Jack StephensonCo-Founder and CEO
Jack spent 22 years at McKinsey & Company, where he advised and served on the boards of some of the world’s top conservation NGOs. In 2007, he co-authored a groundbreaking research report analyzing over 250 opportunities to reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, realizing that up to 40% of emissions reductions could be achieved at a negative cost.
Norman KeyesCo-Founder and Advisor
Norman developed a deep connection to nature and a strong sense of stewardship during his formative years in Scouting. Before co-founding TCP to address the climate crisis, Norman received a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College in art history and economics, and he is currently pursuing a Master’s of Architecture at Columbia University.
Joe Skopek Co-Founder and Director of Product
Joe is a seasoned digital professional with decades of experience leveraging technologies for ecological organizations. He worked in the gold-rush days of the internet for Organic; helped the Buckminster Fuller Institute create EARTHScope, a precursor to Google Earth; and co-founded Chromatrope, providing agency-level services for nonprofits.
Doug RoussinWeb Development
Doug brings years of development and UX experience in the nonprofit sector including work with organizations like The Buckminster Fuller Institute, Many One Network, and The Nature Conservancy. Doug has a user-centric approach to design and development with a focus on simplicity and clarity for the user.
Amani MengerinkExecutive Assistant
A psychology major, Amani is keen to understand how diverse experiences and backgrounds shape individuals and impact their relationships in communities.  Innately curious, Amani recognizes the beauty and uniqueness that each person brings to the table.  
Philip Mielke3D Geospatial
Philip is a 3D Geospatial expert who currently leads a team of Digital Twin developers for JLL Technologies. Having served as an ecologist, crime analyst, GIS Supervisor, CIO, and Product Manager at Esri, Philip brings a diverse history of leveraging GIS to create daily efficiencies and develop long-term vision. Philip makes music and reconditions old VWs with his kids in his not-so-quiet time.
